Michael started his career in the 1980s and has extensive commercial agency experience within Essex and east London
Mike has 30 years experience in commercial property acting for occupier, developer and investor clients in both the public and private sectors. Initial experience was in the retail sector acting on regional disposals and acquisitions for national retailers. In the last 20 years his main experience has been in the office space sector for both disposal and investment acquisition. His role is associate director within the Commercial Agency team based at our Chelmsford office covering the Essex area.
Mike deals with general agency instructions on office buildings across the region either by way of existing leases on behalf of the existing tenants or new leases on behalf of the landlords.
He is also involved in new retail schemes throughout the region, which form part of new residential schemes and the acquisition of existing buildings/sites continue, which will result in future redevelopment for both residential and commercial users.
