The development comprises a range of detached and semi-detached homes from two, four and five bedrooms, including two chalet bungalows. Nine homes are also available at a discounted market value in perpetuity to eligible buyers.
SOLUTION
Savills are instructed on the Millbrook Meadow development from both a development consultancy and sales and marketing basis of by Lister Carter Homes.
The development comprises a range of detached and semi-detached homes from two, four and five bedrooms, including two chalet bungalows.
Savills have provided a complete service to the client including consultancy and marketing advise, sales strategy and pricing and have been appointed as the clients sole selling agent.
RESULTS
Launched the property 2 years in advance of completions and achieved premium for these bespoke properties. Despite build delays, Savills sales team continued to successfully sell the development off plan.
