Millie Mason

Millie Mason is a member of the national rural consultancy team, based at Savills head office on Margaret Street. She specialises in high-value rural assets including landed estates, prime and super-prime farms and equestrian properties.

Millie graduated from Harper Adams University in 2017 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) in 2019.

As an RICS Registered Valuer, Millie undertakes valuations across the UK for a wide range of purposes including loan security, taxation, Charities Act, annual accounts, and expert witness work. Millie is also Savills’ national specialist in equestrian property consultancy. She regularly advises clients on stud farms, racing yards, and polo facilities, offering tailored consultancy on pre-purchase appraisals, rent reviews, estate strategy, and succession planning.

Outside of work, Millie is a keen equestrian and avid horse racing enthusiast. Living on a farm, she enjoys spending time outdoors—often in her wellies—walking her dogs, riding her horse or tending to her flock of Zwartbles sheep.
