Working alongside the Mercers as landlord, we were part of the team to integrate and refurbish three listed town houses resulting in one contiguous workspace and prominence at 1-3 Frederick’s Place, EC2. Following the base build refurbishment, we also provided full service CAT A and CAT B interior architecture, design, FF&E, and delivery of 18,000 sq ft for 160 people over six floors.
