Provided consultancy advice pre purchase. Following launch, provided full marketing support including weekly schedule of activities throughout campaign of 4.5 years. Achieved blended sales rate of 4 per month, values achieved 25% over local averages. Both UK and Savills overseas teams providing leads and buyers.
CHALLENGES OVERCOME
Providing PR exercise to address some inaccurate reports locally, surrounding values and provision of affordable housing. Maintaining sales rate throughout period of limited stock ready to occupy, and maintain sales values against that of lower priced yet attractive re-sale stock.
