One of the founding members of The Private Office, Ned established his name in the super prime residential market after his team sold close to £2.5bn worth of property in Knightsbridge’s One Hyde Park.
Today Ned travels extensively to build relationships and structure deals for some of the world’s most high-profile investors and developers. The key to Ned’s success lies in both his longevity within the market and having learned the business from the ground up.
He arrived in London from Australia in 2002 and began as a sales manager with Savills before quickly taking up a role managing all prime central London developments. While the super prime London new-build market is his specialism, Ned advises across all asset classes. Strong relationships with clients underpin his work and he ensures they receive the same high standard of advice regardless of the size of a transaction.
With years of experience acting on behalf of some of the most private of families, he has a strong proven track record of working tirelessly to deliver results.
