Neil has worked in the planning department in Savills London since 2005.
Neil specialises in gaining land use change planning applications. He has recently gained planning permissions for major mixed use developments in Sutton, Bath, Barking and Dagenham and Wycombe.
Neil is currently working on further mixed use proposals in Oxford, Iver and Wycombe. He has significant local experience in the quadrant between and around the M1 and M4.
Neil has undertaken much planning work for the education sector. He has secured planning permission for the new University of Northampton campus and is currently working for various educational establishments across the country.
