
CHALLENGE
The biggest challenge at New Steiner was the development was completely car free. We had no allocated parking for the 36 apartments including penthouse collection. The prices were the highest for a new build development in the location and buyers perception was pricing was high.

SOLUTION
We decided to hold back pre-sales and launched from a fully completed development with 4 show homes. This allowed us to show case the high level specification, finish and variety of styles available – justifying the higher price point. In relation to the car free scheme we launched whole green living campaign and the benefits of living car free. We promoted the access to public transport, co - wheels community car rental, and offered an uber account as an incentive.We promoted the benefits of cycling around the city and west end location, cycle routes and a blog on car free developments.

RESULTS
All units sold and out at a record £/sqft in Glasgow West End.
