Nick is an associate within the healthcare and senior living team of the operational capital markets division. He joined Savills in April 2023.

Nick has extensive capital markets experience having held various roles across the specialist finance market where he focused on originating debt and equity capital solutions.

In his role at Savills, Nick specialises in advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, capital raising, and recapitalisations across the senior living and healthcare sector.

He has a Bachelors degree in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Northumbria.
