Nicholas Herward

Nick started his career at Savills in 1999 as an Associate. During his time at Savills he has been responsible for the mobilisation and subsequent management of a wide variety of property portfolios incorporating retail, office, residential, industrial and leisure uses. Nick is also head of Savills Management Resources, a trading subsidiary providing on site staff and operational support to managed properties. Nick is a member of both the Savills UK Board and Executive Committee Board.

Nick has considerable experience in all aspects of asset and property management including operational set up of portfolio instructions and multi occupied buildings specialising in the management of Leisure Property on behalf of investment focused clients.

In 2013, Nick founded a charity initiative within Savills called The 100 Club with the aim to log, promote and encourage fundraising and participation in Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives across the UK Property Management Division and raise £100,000. Nick launched the initiative as a participant in a Charity Boxing event raising over £2000.00 for Pendleside Hospice. The 100 Club smashed its target and has gone from strength to strength raising over £300,000 to date.
