Nick is a director in the Bristol planning team and has been working in the Bristol office since 2004, specialising in large scale residential developments.
Nick is responsible for coordinating major applications and strategic land promotion on behalf of a variety of developers, promoters and landowners.
Since graduating from Manchester University in 1999, Nick has worked in both consultancy and the public sector with the Planning Inspectorate. During this time he has gained experience from a diverse range of projects and has successfully secured development plan allocations and planning permission for a number of major schemes.
