Nick graduated from University in 2002 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005. He started his professional career undertaking inner city residential redevelopment works on behalf of regional social Landlord clients and has worked in commercial practice since 2008.
He enjoys the broad spectrum of services provided within Birmingham’s project and building consultancy team which typically includes design & contract administration, project management, dilapidations, neighbourly matters and reinstatement cost assessment appointments.
In the majority of cases Nick provides advise to Landlord clients including Zurich Assurance, Ediston Real Estate, Catalyst Capital, Hudson Advisors, Kames Capital & Calthorpe Estates within the office, industrial, residential and retail sectors.
On any given Sunday Nick is riding his road or mountain bikes. He rode Land’s End to John O’Groats in 2015 covering 969 miles in 9 days. He enjoys an annual pilgrimage to the Spanish Sierra Nevada for the stunning natural off road terrain and a brief period of respite from the winter mud bath in Blighty!
