Nuala advises clients on student accommodation investment and development throughout the UK,  as well as providing consultancy advice for a variety of institutions, investors & developers.

Savills have a dedicated student accommodation team operating across the UK and Europe. In the last 24 months alone, the UK Student Accommodation team has worked on more than £7bn of transactions.

Nuala completed her undergraduate degree at Durham University and then undertook her masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Nuala joined Savills as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2019 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2021, before joining the UK Student Investment and Development Team.
