CHALLENGE

The Old Mansion Collective is a development of private houses, designed to reflect the much loved local “Herbert Collins” style of home, and for which it won several awards. Positioned in a leafy, low density, woodland setting, buyers were entranced by the styling and natural seclusion it afforded.




SOLUTION

We provided pricing advice and marketing strategy to achieve most of the sales off plan and at a premium to other new build properties located on the adjacent site.




RESULTS

Despite much of the site being either shared ownership or social rent, the site fully sold out privately, with residents choosing the unique features of this development, over some more traditional homes in a more conservative setting. Prices of between £500,000 and £1.2m were achieved without the aid of a show home.
