Olivia has been working for the Midlands development team since 2015, having graduated with a Masters degree from the Univeristy of Sheffield. Olivia became a member of the RICS in 2017.
As a graduate Olivia gained experience in agency, consultancy and valuation. Her work now prinicipally focuses on the valuation of residential development land and property, residential investment and consultancy. Olivia's clients include banks, local authorites, housing associations, regional and national developers.
