In 2020, Olivia joined Savills following five years senior/board level PA experience in the private equity and real estate sectors.

Olivia provides full administrative support to the head of the department, Riyan Itani, and to the wider international development consultancy team members.

The IDC team focusses primarily on providing branded and luxury residential development consultancy, feasibility studies (for residential and mixed-use developments), brand premium studies (for the likes of Marriott, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental), design & masterplan consultancy as well as capital market transactional work.
