Paddy has worked within Savills Investment team since 2005 and sits on the UK Investment board. He is also head of Savills Bristol office.
Paddy's focus is on advising clients on their retail assets, including retail parks, supermarkets and shopping centres. He also forms part of advisory teams for large scale city centre mixed use developments. He also undertakes a large number of development fundings for a variety of developers.
