Patrick is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of Savills 21 regional development teams, as well as providing clients with agency, development consultancy and valuation advice. Patrick is based in Oxford but spends time in London and other regional offices.
Patrick's development work varies from advising clients on the sale of development land, the delivery of large scale urban extensions, the sale or acquisition of housebuilders and land promoters, viability appraisals for planning appeals, negotiating final payments under option agreements and advising clients as developments progress through the planning process.
He carries out valuations for acquisitions, loan security, accounts and litigation on all types of residential and commercial properties and land, with particular expertise in the valuation of residential development land.
In addition, he has acted as the expert in assessing payments due under option agreements and as an expert witness in arbitrations, matrimonial and negligence cases.
