Paul Finnegan

He learned the ropes of estate agency working in his home town of Guildford, Surrey, before moving to help set up the new Savills office there 1988. Soon after, Paul was transferred to the Country House Department based in London with the responsibility of looking after the sale of houses south of London in Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

With an incomparable contacts’ book made up of leading figures within the most prestigious private estates, Paul is afforded privileged access to these markets. As a result, he has consistently succeeded in selling some of the most significant houses within the Savills portfolio - always with his signature approach of total discretion and a razor-sharp attention to detail. The nature of the buyers, where they come from and what their needs are, means he’s constantly in contact with the international desks as well as the Savills Private Office. A people person at heart, he takes tremendous satisfaction earning and maintaining the trust of his clients by providing them with regular updates on progress and a consistently high standard of service.
