Paul is the lead director of Impacts, Savills flagship global, cross-sector, research programme, assessing how economic, environmental, demographic and technological change are shaping global real estate markets today and in the years to come.

His other areas of focus include the competitiveness of world cities, trends in the global residential, office and industrial sectors, as well as the role of cities in the global tech industry.
