
CHALLENGE
Pembers Hill is a development of open market and housing association homes set close to Winchester, Southampton and Eastleigh and also the surrounding countryside. With a superior specification to many competing developments, this site was popular with first time buyers, upsizers, and families.

SOLUTION
We provided pricing advice and marketing strategy, staffing the site throughout, and supporting the clients inhouse marketing services, all the while adapting to the changing market conditions both pre, during and post covid.

RESULTS
Aside from the challenges presented by Covid, this site had a change of ownership as it entered its final stage, and with the internal challenges this posed, Savills was able to provide a constant, both via the on-site staff and wider new homes team support. This resulted in a smooth customer experience and continued good prices being achieved due to the high product and location knowledge.
