Peter Blake

Based in London but with a national remit, Peter leads the
national development consultancy team within the operational capital markets division.

Peter advises a range of developers, land owners, institutions and private equity groups on portfolio acquisitions and major development schemes, as well as long term investment in the private rented sector.

Having joined Savills in 2006, Peter qualified as a chartered surveyor in November 2008 and a chartered town planner in January 2009. Between 2006 and early 2013, Peter was based in Bristol, advising on major developments across the South West.

Within the OCM division, Peter leads a team focussed on development consultancy and portfolio advisory, with an emphasis on the Residential sector.
