Peter qualified as a planning and development surveyor in November 2012 and focuses on a range of immediate and strategic development agency, consultancy and valuation projects.
Since qualifying Peter has specialised in the acquisition and disposal of immediate and strategic residential development land. This includes providing consultancy advice to a range of corporate, Institutional and public sector clients.
Peter has a detailed knowledge of the planning system and will on a weekly basis provide market assessments and development appraisals.
Peter acts on behalf of a number of private landowners providing strategic land advice, specifically focusing on land assembly and negotiating option and promotion agreements.
