Phil started his career in facilities management in 2005 with GBR Phoenix Beard joining Savills when GBR Phoenix Beard merged. Using his experience from 20 years of shopping centre management and 12 years of facilities management, Phil leads a team of facilities managers who manage all sizes and sectors of property from retail to industrial. He ensures that contractors maintain the highest standards and best value for money, whilst making sure all sites are fully statutory compliant.
