Phil joined Savills in 2015 to head up the newly formed commercial property team in the Chelmsford office to focus on office, industrial and retail property across Essex.

Having been born and bred in Essex, Phil understands the dynamics of the local market. He has vast experience in dealing with all types of property including offices, industrial, retail as well as commercial development land. His experience includes the letting and sale of property through to advising on lease events such as rent reviews and lease renewals.

Phil particularly enjoys buying and selling commercial property Investments on behalf of clients, which is work that often takes him beyond the county boundary.
