Phillippa Dalby-Welsh

Phillippa and her team have both in depth local knowledge of their respective areas and direct access to Savills London and International networks as they operate between the countryside, where many of them live, and Savills head office in central London.

Phillippa grew up in Gloucestershire and now lives in the South East region, which she jointly ran as co-head of residential. She has an intimate knowledge of the rural Surrey and Sussex markets. Prior to working in the South East, Phillippa spent many years in London where she ran both the Fulham and Kensington offices and became co-head of Prime Central London, before moving to the countryside to be close to the sea and the Downs.

In 2005, following university and a year spent as a Troop Commander in Germany, a chance meeting lead to Philippa joining Savills as a junior negotiator in London. Since then, she’s lived through many shifts in the market and made her own move into the capital and then back to the countryside with her young family, echoing the journey undertaken by many country-house buyers and sellers. As such, she has great understanding and empathy for those embarking on similar journeys. Phillippa and her team strive to achieve the highest standards of service and client care. Today she draws tremendous satisfaction from helping clients realise their goals to best effect and loves the challenges that the varied geography and spectrum of property she advises on afford.
