A boutique development of 50 one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes with secure parking and landscaped communal gardens.




RESULTS

The development was launched off-plan in Spring 2022, featuring a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom show apartment. We achieved premium sales revenues for our client and approximately 70% of the units were sold off-plan, primarily to owner-occupiers, with some sales to investors. As of October 2024, only one plot remains available for purchase.
