RISE uses a framework to benchmark, track and continuously improve building performance in a transparent process, with a focus on occupier engagement, operational excellence, wellness and sustainability, technical services and user experience. Initiatives to improve in these areas and the overall customer experience are then implemented, such as customer journey mapping and employing an in-house WELL Building Standard-accredited assessor. From this research and feedback, we can also introduce additional occupier services and technology-driven technical solutions to make the lives of occupiers in the workplace easier and more enjoyable.
