Student Accommodation

Student Castle developed a market-leading, prime regional PBSA portfolio comprising 2,383 beds across seven assets and wanted to divest its interest in the portfolio.

Both Savills and Student Castle were very aware of wider macroeconomic sensitivities during the campaign, which required a more discreet ‘off-market’ process in order to mitigate any adverse factors that could have compromised the transaction.

Savills undertook the following advisory services:

  • Preparation of high quality, bespoke marketing materials
