
CHALLENGE
A development of 7 exclusive detached architect designed homes within a rural village setting. Comprising 4 & 5 bed highly specified premium homes.

SOLUTION
Working with the developer to create a sales and marketing strategy to maximise the values in a small village and limited target market. Creating a brand identity and placemaking to create the destination and demand for the product type.

RESULTS
Breaking the price ceiling for the local area with premium product, we maximised the GDV of the development and created a target market through extensive digital marketing to attract the correct buyer profile. Utilising the USP’s of the development such as eco credentials and high end specification and architectural design.
