Rhys spent three years working in a business development role for Savills Europe & Middle East before joining the operational capital markets division.

Rhys leads a team that sits within the Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division and focuses on strategic projects (data & technology solutions), transformation management, process improvements, pitching and work winning strategy, client targeting, research, marketing and communications.

Savills OCM has advised on more than £25 billion of transactions in the past 3 years and delivers market-leading valuation, consultancy, transactional and financing services to clients in the rapidly expanding Operational Real Estate sectors across the UK and EMEA.
