Rhys joined Savills July 2011 and offers commercially focussed town planning advice across a diverse spectrum of projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Rhys works with the Cardiff planning team acting for a number of national clients and private individuals on a wide variety of town planning consultancy matters. He manages a number of projects, across a wide variety of sectors, including strategic regeneration, residential, retail, industrial/logistics, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, major leisure and sport.
He manages and leads on planning applications and appeals as well as undertaking forward planning work promoting the interests of clients' assets through development plans.
He has experience of working alongside industry leading experts. Rhys was elected a Chartered Town Planner of the Royal Town Planning Institute in March 2014.
