Richard specialises in investment and development within the student accommodation sector in the UK. He has more than 15 years of real estate experience.

Richard qualified in 2005, having been a graduate at Savills. Initially working in commercial real estate, he now provides specialist student accommodation Investment, development and consultancy advice to a number of UK funds, developers and private clients. In addition to his roles within the private sector, Richard is also actively involved within the higher education sector.
