Richard is a specialist leisure property agent and has been involved with the sale of leisure property since 2004. His core area of expertise is holiday and home parks.
Richard joined the Savills Leisure and Trading team in 2014 following the merger with his former firm Charles F Jones & Son LLP. He has a senior role leading an agency team within the department covering Wales, the northern regions of the UK and also has involvement with international projects.
