Richard Todd

Richard is an architectural technologist who joined the Darlington architecture and building surveying team in 2015.

Richard is experienced in both contemporary new build and traditional design projects. He is involved in projects from inception through to completion and is proficient in both planning and building control approval processes for a diverse range of construction scenarios.

Richard has a strong interest in art and design and enjoys the technical drawing process using a range of multimedia. Richard thrives on the challenges each new project presents and is a believer that a solid client relationship and forward thinking at the initial stages is key to a successful project.
