Richard joined Savills in 2017, working in the residential research consultancy team. He specialises in residential investment, student housing, and modern methods of construction.

Richard started his property research career in 2011. During this time, he has worked within the London office market and UK and European residential markets at international property consultancies.

He is primarily focused on providing thought leadership and consultancy advice on the residential investment market and alternative sectors, including student housing, co-living, healthcare and retirement living across Europe. He is also leading on research into modern methods of construction.
