Rick joined Savills in 2023 and leads healthcare valuations providing services across the full spectrum of the healthcare sector. 

Rick has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, providing valuation and advisory services to corporate, third sector and private clients.

Rick's experience spans a broad spectrum of elderly care services, primary care, senior living, specialist LD services and specialist children’s services. Rick is also one of the leading advisors in the UK Specialised Supported Housing (Supported Living) investment market.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling walking and watching football.
