Rob specialises in the leasing and development of commercial space within Oxfordshire and across the wider UK Knowledge corridor.
Rob is based in the Oxford office and heads up the Commercial Agency team in Oxford. He is a market expert and advises a cross section of institutional investors, property companies, developers and occupiers. He is a sector specialist in the Science & Tech sector acting on some of the key Science and Business parks in Oxfordshire as well as advising some of Oxford's high growth occupiers and tenants on their real estate strategy and relocation.
As a sector specialist he is able to apply his knowledge of real estate through the interpretation and analysis of local market data; lease analysis and financial modelling to allow for proactive real estate decision making and formation of successful business strategies.
Rob is a keen runner and enjoys the adventure of ultra marathons across the UK and beyond.
