Robert joined the Bristol property management team in 2007 and manages a varied portfolio of commercial property consisting predominantly of retail parks and shopping centres.
Since joining Savills, Robert has specialised in the day-to-day management of retail parks and shopping centres throughout the South and South West of the UK. Robert has extensive experience, having spent many years managing both private residential and student accommodation. This experience has enabled him to provide sound advice to clients in the often complex management of mixed use schemes.
Robert has a proven track record of forming strong relationships with both clients and tenants and ensuring that assets are proactively managed. This was recently demonstrated whilst providing advice on the day-to-day management of a large city centre shopping centre as it successfully underwent a major £600m redevelopment and rebranding programme.
