As a member of the global cross border investment team and Private Office, Rory’s role is to advise global high net worth individuals and family offices on investing in real estate outside their own domestic markets. Rory’s role has a particular focus on North America, with the responsibility of heading up the Savills North America desk out of Savills HQ.
Having moved to Savills from an investment management firm in 2013, Rory spent three years within the London super prime residential development team before joining the cross border team to establish a residential service line.
Given his background, Rory is able to draw upon and foster his extensive contacts with family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals across key global wealth hubs throughout the Savills network and has comprehensive knowledge of global capital markets and capital flows. Rory’s service also extends to wealth institutions by connecting with professional intermediaries – bankers, family offices, lawyers and accountants.
