Rosie Tucker

Rosie joined Savills in 2021 and sits within the Global Consultancy team. She advises a wide range of clients on the feasibility and design of luxury urban and resort destinations. 

Rosie's main area of expertise is in development consultancy, providing clients with bespoke advice to ensure that their development is market driven. 

She has experience in a wide range of markets internationally including Portugal, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Thailand, undertaking extensive market research to advise clients prior to launching in new markets. 

Rosie joined Savills as a graduate and has undertaken her masters in real estate alongside her job, before qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2024.   

Outside of her role in the team, Rosie has lead the graduate charity committee, raising valuable funds for Centrepoint.
