Ross joined Savills in 2012 and specialises in valuation advisory in the hotel sector across the UK and Europe.
Having started his career in London in 2007, Ross initially focused on commercial property before quickly specialising in the hotel and leisure sector. At Savills, Ross is principally responsible for hotel valuations on behalf of major banks relating to hotels, hostels and serviced apartments, but he also undertakes advisory work for company accounts, expert witness and for owners, investors and developers.
Ross has led teams which have delivered extensive portfolio valuations and has been responsible for valuing and providing advice on many of the most prestigious hotels in the UK.
