He advises institutions, property companies and private individuals with a principal focus on multi-let offices and mixed used developments.

Recent projects include the set up and ongoing management of Bath Quays South a 100,000 sq ft mixed use development in the centre of Bath. Similar work was also undertaken on Grade A office developments in Bristol including One Portwall Square for Nord, Aurora for Cubex / Fiera, One Cathedral Square for BMO and Two Glass Wharf for NFU Mutual.

Rupert is also actively involved with the Finzels Reach mixed use development in the centre of Bristol and the Cardiff Waterside office campus in Cardiff Bay providing advice on the property management strategy for the individual properties / plots and the public realm areas.

Advice is provided to a number of institutions in respect of their mixed use portfolios in the region, involving the provision and implementation of asset management strategies to ensure long term performance.
