She is responsible for undertaking viability assessments in support of planning applications, Local Plans and masterplanning; valuations of development schemes; baseline property market and land-use analysis for master-planning advice and as part of economic assessment and market appraisals; development appraisals; planning obligation negotiations and providing subsequent development advice. She is a registered valuer.
