International real estate advisor Savills has further strengthened its Healthcare & Senior Living team, which sits within the firm’s market-leading Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division, with the appointment of Nicholas Hare.
Based at Savills Margaret Street head office, Nicholas joins the team at a time of continued growth, following the recent hire of Rick Savage as Head of Healthcare Valuations.
Hare most recently worked at SportsFi, a corporate finance advisory boutique where he was a Director in the Capital Markets team and responsible for the global capital markets function, developing relationships across the US and Europe. Before this, he was Head of Capital Markets at Glenhawk, a short-term real estate lender.
