We are commited to make sure each and every one of our employees is suitably supported in the workplace.

The overall wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to Savills. Through a number of benefits linked to health, workplace initiatives and training we have made a commitment to maintaining employee wellbeing in our workplace which includes both physical and mental health. We ensure that all employees are aware of the range of support available to them to maintain their health, as well as the organisation’s commitment to handling individual cases.

The company recognises that the wellbeing and performance of employees are linked. Improving an employees’ ability to handle pressure and to balance work and home life will lead to improved individual and company performance.

Our Human Resources department have developed a number of company-wide initiatives to promote the wellbeing of all employees, assist line managers in supporting individuals and liaise with appropriate health benefit providers, occupational health and other medical professionals with the object of helping employees maintain good psychological health and wellbeing.

As a supportive employer will always seek to best support employees where we are able, providing support and resolutions, encouraging open communication between employees and managers to improve employee wellbeing. 

Savills is proud to have signed the Time to Change Pledge in 2017 and committing to tackling mental health stigma in the workplace as well as also being a Level 2 Disability Confident employer. Both of these initiatives highlight the commitment we make to each and every one of our employees to ensure that they are suitably supported in the workplace as well as encouraging our employees to be inclusive to all.
