Secured planning permission for a revised housing design and layount on the eastern part of the previously consented 20/01313/FUL Tower Street / Bath Road site, increasing the total number of units on that part of the site from 29 to 39 (and if approved, this would increase total number of units on the Tower Street / Bath Road site from 95 to 105).

Secured planning permission in principle for a major mixed-use redevelopment project at the former Prudential HQ’s at Craigforth Campus in Stirling.
