Scott is lead director of the Cardiff development team having worked for Savills since 2008 and provides valuation, agency and expert witness advice.
Scott was born in Wales and lives locally with his family. He has worked in the Welsh development market for over 20 years and has a thorough knowledge of the residential sector having sold, valued or advised on a significant number of major developments over that period.
Scott also acts as expert witness and has provided evidence in court and other forms of dispute resolution.
Scott is also a board member of RHA, a Welsh based housing association.
