Sean Lewis

Sean has experience of dealing with a number planning applications, particularly within the residential and retirement community sectors. He also supports senior colleagues within the preparation of larger planning applications.

Throughout his professional career, Sean has a range of planning experience which includes representing retirement community operators; coordinating planning applications relating to permitted development and change of use in town and city centres; and providing strategic planning advice to leading property developers.

Sean is originally from Hove, and takes a keen interest in a range of sports including cricket, golf and football. He is a supporter of Sussex CCC and Brighton and Hove Albion FC.
