The platform includes enhanced data visualisation, interrogation and mapping which allows landlords to drill down to an individual property level to show the performance of stock at a postcode, estate, local authority or regional level. The system allows users to extract and unpack the data to show results at different geographic dimensions (e.g. estate or neighbourhood) or property dimensions (e.g. property type, age, number of bedrooms). 

Landlords have used this system to strengthen their business plans, make more efficient use of capital resources available, and obtain a balance between investment in existing stock and new homes.
